Return Process

  Log into your Mr.Notion account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
